Thanks to neuroscience research we know more about how our brain works and how we can work with our brain. We have effective ways of “Downregulating our brain,” which means we can learn to reduce our stress and anxiety. I enjoy sharing what I’ve learned about the brain, so you can understand and recognize what’s happening inside you, and do something about it. You can heal your anxiety and stress. You can learn how to be YOU, how you want to respond in the world, instead of reacting to the world as ANXIOUS YOU.
